As I’m reading some of the reviews for Ju, I have to say that I’m not a bit surprised at all. Ju was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She walked me through each step of my home buying experience and answered any questions or concerns I have had. She is also very reliable. She followed up and followed through everything - regardless of the time or where she is (and even while she was out of the country). I don’t think I have ever met someone so passionate about her work and helping her clients. I hope to continue using her services and would highly recommend her to my family, friends and anyone who needs a realtor.

Highly recommend Ju as she’s always super responsive and reply to text or phone call literally within seconds. She helped us put together an offer overnight on a Easter Sunday night, and provided us a lot of referrals for inspection and remodeling. Due to her hard work and professionalism, we were able to move along the process very smoothly and close the deal within 3 weeks. Ju was amazing. She was very accommodating and efficient. Any time I expressed interest in a place, she immediately reach out to me and scheduled a time to see the place. I finally found my dream home and the moment I shared this, she did everything she can from proposing a reasonable offer to convincing the seller to sale it to me. Ju is the hardest working realtor I know. She made herself available at all times of the day, she is here for you. Ju helped us buy a triplex multi-unit investment property. Her experience was invaluable during the process since there was a lot of moving pieces when purchasing a multi-unit property. I met Ju at an open house at a listing I had in Torrance. From the first moment we met, her professionalism stood out. She introduced herself and engaged in conversation. This is a wise move for buyers’ agents, because later when submitting an offer, the listing agent will remember you. Many buyers’ agents miss this important step. Later I received multiple offers on the property and again she stood out, as she wrote a very clean buttoned-up offer. When my sellers reviewed the offers, they could see the time and care she took crafting the offer and they accepted her offer without countering her client or any of the other offers. During the transaction process she was communicative and met all deadlines. Ju is an excellent agent, and a buyer would be lucky to have her by their side.

I don’t even know where to begin. From the very first phone call Ju was amazing and very informative in all questions I had about rental property she was helping me with. Once I met her in person to tour the house I truly feel she was placed in my path to help my family and I find our new home. We talked for a long time not like other real estate agents who are just trying to close a sale. She genuinely cares about every need we had and asked questions to make sure the home was the correct fit.

The whole process she kept me inform and I never one had to chase her down because she was already a step ahead of me to help. She will forever be a blessing for my family and I and can’t wait to continue our relationship for years to come, and hopefully have her help us the day we are ready for our first home purchase.
