Juan is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the real estate industry. His journey began as an agent with Century 21, where he quickly became a top producer by focusing on serving the Hispanic market. Building on his success, he went on to open his own brokerage, Casablanca Realty and later ventured into other segments of the industry as a Branch Manager with a Mortgage Banker and CEO of a Loss Mitigation company, where he assisted numerous homeowners through complex mortgage negotiations.

Currently, Juan has found a new home at LPT Realty, where he serves as an intuitive and collaborative leader. His primary goal is to foster a sense of connection and belonging among agents, and he's dedicated to amplifying the company's already thriving culture. Juan is passionate about empowering agents to bring their authentic selves to work, as he firmly believes that talent innovation is essential for cultivating a dynamic and thriving real estate landscape that reflects the diverse and ever-evolving needs of our clients and communities.

With a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University, Juan excelled at his studies, graduating "Top of the Class" among 98 students with a perfect 4.0 GPA. His commitment to higher education earned him multiple scholarships and awards. Additionally, he holds a Master of Science in Industrial Microbiology, showcasing his multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving.
