Juan was excellent work with! I just recently purchased my very first home and the whole experience was new to me. Juan assisted me every step of the way and took extra time to answer all my annoying questions I had for him everyday. His wife Angela was my mortgage broker and couldn’t have asked for a better team! Great personality, professional, and fun to work with. Juan is still assisting me with some items even after I closed on the house. When it comes time to sell and find another house, Juan will be my go to guy! Highly recommend.

Over the last 6 years Juan Hernandez has helped us find 4 homes to rent and each time he made sure it was a smooth experience. This year even with the pandemic and all its craziness he helped us find our first home purchase. The wonderful thing about Juan is even when I felt sad about a house that didn't work out He would not give up and he would lift up my spirits. Buying a home is an exciting, scary and emotional experience but having a good realtor and a good person guiding you can make it an unforgettable one. Juan definitely went beyond his job responsibility to help us find a home that would be perfect for my family and he taught me so much along the way. He is kind, funny, accommodating and very professional. We are very lucky to have him as our (life-long) realtor and friend.

I don’t know what would be Mr. Hernández appropriate title. Realtor? Advisor? Property manager? contractor? What I can say is that I was able to buy a beautiful property in Naples in this sellers market without any stress. I didn’t think it was posible but he made it happened! Aside from making the process smooth he had excellent referrals from contractors to cleaning crew. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times!!! If you are reading this because you need real estate help, the buck stops here. This is the guy to pick. Juan was fantastic. A true gem in the sea of sharks that is the real estate world. He was the consummate professional, able to help with all paperwork, available for any questions, a deft hand in dealing with obstinate family members and difficult HOA’s! Juan is not just a realtor, he becomes so involved in the process that you know that he is not just someone who is trying to close a deal. Not once did he become impatient with us, as a mater of fact he would tell us not to purchase certain properties that he felt were not in our best intrest while other realtors will attempt to convince you that the first property you find is the right property.
