Juan Carrion

Juan initially began his career in real estate in 1988, specializing in bank foreclosures and first-time home buyers. Eventually, he began to actively seek out a more diversified skill set to better fortify his future occupational endeavors. In 1991 he began co-managing the highly successful family-operated jewelry store, Spath Jewelers. After five years of dedicated service, Juan sought employment with Bartow Ford in hopes of expanding his already unique and exceptional method of sales. For eight years, he consistently managed to rank as one of their top employees in terms of customer service satisfaction. For the following decade, Juan worked as an independent catastrophe insurance adjuster for State Farm catastrophe services; one and a half of which, were spent passionately helping families recover from their tragic loss during Hurricane Katrina. Afterwards, Juan commenced his conclusive career in real estate as he had always planned.

Since his inevitable return to the occupation he knows and loves, Juan has grown his clientele base exponentially and shows no signs of slowing down. He has frequently been praised for his commitment to customer service and unwavering integrity. He is no stranger to working long hours, weekends, or going out of his way to make sure that every facet of a transaction is completed with perfection.
