Juan Chinchayan

Juan grew up in Lima Peru and moved to the United States at eleven years old.

He moved to Dover, New Jersey where he attended school and graduated from Dover High School.

Spending most of his life in New Jersey, Juan has an in-depth knowledge of North Jersey and specifically Morris County.

Juan studied International Business at the County College of Morris in Randolph. His studies entailed client relations, budgets, marketing, planning and all aspects of a business transaction.

Juan will be there every step of the way to make his clients real estate dreams come true. He has a passion for people an exceptional business background. Juan will advise his clients to achieve and exceed the best outcome on their real estate transaction.

He enjoys travelling, working out, being with friends and family.
