Juan Contreras at Fathom Realty is genuinely wonderful to work with. Our Loan Officer Anita Aguilar recommended him as someone willing to work with us even though our budget was meager for a home in San Diego County. We were in contact daily with Juan, who sent us links to properties so we could act quickly. As a first-time home buyer, we had endless questions about the process and were impressed with his positive attitude and drive to find us a house that fell well under our max budget.
Juan was always available to me by text and phone, usually within minutes, and was always willing to answer and arrange ASAP house viewings. I appreciate that Juan is very forthcoming in all his knowledge and is a no-BS communicator. If he doesn't know, he will tell you, "I don't know, but I'll have an answer for you shortly." ALL my questions and concerns were addressed in a calm yet timely manner, making the whole process less nerve-wracking.
Overall, I recommend Juan to anyone looking to buy a home, especially if they are first-time homebuyers. His attention to detail, level of time given to us, and dedication to his clients are outstanding. We truly appreciated his input and relied on it heavily throughout everything. He went above and beyond and truly made us feel like we had a partner and guide throughout the process.
Juan's advocacy moved mountains for us, and we consider ourselves extremely lucky to have had them as our first Realtor experience. We are so grateful that they helped us find our beautiful and unique home. Thank you Juan!

Juan was excellent! During our home search, we endured the highs and low of our search and he continued to preach patience. I am very pleased that I felt very comfortable with his assessment.
