Juan Contreras has got to be one of the hardest working realtors out there. He has a knack for finding great deals for his clients and has a great amount of knowledge in his field. I have worked side by side with him many times and trust that he has the best interest for his clients each and every time. Over the years i have learned that he is a straight shooter and makes sure that his clients get the right answers even if it means that they don't buy "that house". It takes a great amount of integrity, and it truly is hard to come by these days in the real estate game. With all that being said, Juan Contreras is a great realtor that you can count on for all your Real Estate needs.

As first-time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect and no idea what the process was. Having Juan as our realtor is amazing; he guided us through the labyrinth of the home-buying process with a calm hand. He is knowledgeable and professional and was there for us 24/7. Not only did we feel like we had all the information we needed to make those decisions, but we also felt like we were in good hands. When we finally found our dream home, he was our complete advocate and helped fight for us all the way to the end. We achieved the goal of getting our dream home at a price we could afford, even in a crazy San Diego market. Thank you, Juan for everything you did for us!

Juan Contreras at Fathom Realty is genuinely wonderful to work with. Our Loan Officer Anita Aguilar recommended him as someone willing to work with us even though our budget was meager for a home in San Diego County. We were in contact daily with Juan, who sent us links to properties so we could act quickly. As a first-time home buyer, we had endless questions about the process and were impressed with his positive attitude and drive to find us a house that fell well under our max budget.
Juan was always available to me by text and phone, usually within minutes, and was always willing to answer and arrange ASAP house viewings. I appreciate that Juan is very forthcoming in all his knowledge and is a no-BS communicator. If he doesn't know, he will tell you, "I don't know, but I'll have an answer for you shortly." ALL my questions and concerns were addressed in a calm yet timely manner, making the whole process less nerve-wracking.
Overall, I recommend Juan to anyone looking to buy a home, especially if they are first-time homebuyers. His attention to detail, level of time given to us, and dedication to his clients are outstanding. We truly appreciated his input and relied on it heavily throughout everything. He went above and beyond and truly made us feel like we had a partner and guide throughout the process.
