I had heard rave reviews about Nancy De La Garza from others and so I reached out! From the very first conversation we had I knew this was going to be a fun, informative, and easy process! Nancy is so kind, thoughtful, and extremely hard working! It was a treat to spend time with her at all our house visits! She's a great realtor but also a really kind person who cares about your individual needs. I have referred her to all my friends and family for their own home search! She's the absolute best, and I wouldn't have wanted to have anyone else help us find our first home!

So thankful to Juan for helping us with the purchase of our home. We have been at our house for 2 years now. The day we called about the house listing he posted that morning he was very busy and the house had 5-6 offers already by lunch break and we called him to ask if he could show it to us and he made time from his busy schedule to show it to us. He had about 20 minutes before his next appointment. Lol we really liked the home and he submitted the offer for us that had a deadline by 5pm same day. A couple days later he told us “they accepted OUR offer”! He was very attentive with the entire process, always letting us know of any details about the house (seller) letting us know everything. Overall without a doubt we 100% recommend him based on our experience. Thank you Juan!
