Juan Del Moral

Juan DelMoral exemplifies the best of RE/MAX culture in his attitude toward his business and life.

Juan moved from his native Venezuela to the Boston area in 1979, graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelors in Science in Industrial Engineering and worked for IBM for more than 17 years with different responsibilities, including Process Engineering, and Risk Management. Juan speaks Spanish and Portuguese. Juan main driver is the eagerness to help his clients, always coming from contribution and gratitude in all his Real Estate projects, he strongly believes in Win/Win for everyone. Juan brings numerous skills from his previous jobs to Real Estate.

As a Buyer agent, Juan will come with a team of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and inspectors. He will stay on top of every detail to get to a smooth closing. Juan helps his clients to stay focused and helps them get things done prior to the closing date. Juan is extremely professional and walks his clients through every step of the process.

As a Listing Agent, Juan does his best to get his client’s house sold and he delivers every time. Juan is also excelled at negotiating and driving the process to a successful closing and sale having the right agent makes a huge difference in a successful real estate sale transaction.
