We have had the pleasure of being on Juan’s list of Home Inspectors since May of 2019. In that time, we have performed nearly 20 inspections for his clients. We have never received a call back from any of them. This tells me he works extremely hard to make sure his clients understand the home buying process, have reasonable expectations of the home inspection, and that he makes sure he finds the right home for each and every one of his clients.
