Juan Fuentes

Juan joined the Patterson-Schwartz Greenville office in 2015 as a Sales Associate licensed in Delaware. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Juan had a 15-year professional career managing several branches for various banks throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Having started as a part-time teller and quickly advancing to a Manager within his first two years, Juan realized the huge impact strong coaching and mentoring can have on a person who is new to any industry. As such, his goal became to grow each and every staff member -- leading to better performing offices, happier employees, and extremely satisfied customers.

Juan has served in several community organizations throughout the years including Rotary International (Past President), Meals on Wheels, Junior Achievement, March of Dimes, NCCCC YPN Board, Special Olympics, FDIC Money Smart and Habitat for Humanity. In 2017, Juan joined the leadership team at Patterson-Schwartz as the Assistant Sales Manager for the Greenville and Brandywine offices. Juan is now a licensed Sales Associate in Pennsylvania and also holds his Delaware Associate Brokers license.
