Juan Gonzalez, a proud Laredo native, is a driven entrepreneur and real estate expert with a passion for helping others. Born and raised in Laredo, TX, Juan attended Dr. Leo Cigarroa High School before earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in International Finance from Texas A&M International University.
With over a decade of experience in the corporate world, primarily as a logistics and transportation broker, Juan developed a strong business acumen. However, his entrepreneurial spirit, combined with his love for DIY projects and his drive to make a positive impact, led him to pursue real estate.
Since becoming a licensed realtor in September 2018, Juan has helped countless individuals and families achieve their real estate goals. His dedication and expertise have led to numerous accomplishments, including earning the prestigious GRI, ABR, SFR, and PSA realtor certifications within his first four years in the industry. By the end of 2022, he obtained his broker’s license and became a Broker Associate, while also founding his own real estate team, Nash Realty.
Looking forward, Juan is committed to continuous growth, both professionally and personally. He plans to pursue the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) certification to expand his expertise in commercial real estate and is focused on growing his team and helping even more clients in the years to come.
Before affiliating with Weichert, Realtors® in 2023, Juan led Nash Realty Group, a small, close-knit team that served the Laredo and Webb County communities under Keller for five years. Specializing in residential properties, leases, land, and some commercial deals, Juan built a reputation for providing exceptional service and personalized attention to every client.
In late 2022, after passing the Texas Real Estate Broker’s exam, Juan’s dream of owning his own firm began to take shape. After exploring various brand affiliations, he chose Nash & Associates for its strong sense of community, family values, and shared commitment to faith. In April 2023, Juan was awarded the Laredo, TX market, and by May, he officially began operating as Nash & Associates. Under his leadership, Nash & Associates will continue to specialize in residential and commercial real estate while expanding into property management and investment opportunities in the near future. With a clear vision and unwavering dedication, Juan is excited to build lasting relationships and create opportunities for clients for many years to come.
