I’m Juan M. Martinez Nadal, a luxury real estate advisor with the Graciela Haim and Heinen Group of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, serving upper-market buyers and sellers across NW DC, Bethesda, and Arlington in the DC Metro area. I focus on homes at $1M+, where design, daily life, and long-term equity all matter.

Since 2012, I’ve been on every side of the table—buyer, seller, renovator, and designer—personally buying, selling, renovating, and managing homes throughout the region. From a DC starter home turned rental to a 20-acre farm renovation in Southern Maryland, those projects have produced significant equity gains, and they shape how I evaluate every property for my clients.

Before real estate, I spent 16+ years in government contracting and business development, so my style is strategic, candid, creative, and warm—part analyst, part design-minded guide, and part project manager.
