My life's journey epitomizes the rich tapestry of American diversity. Born in Venezuela to a Portuguese mother and a Spanish-Cuban father, my roots are deeply woven with the cultures of South America (Caracas, Venezuela) and Europe (Madrid, Spain). Drawn by the allure of greater opportunities, I set sail for the United States in the 1990s to study at Florida International University in sunny South Florida. Post my academic endeavors, I dabbled in sales for various firms before laying the foundation for my own retail chain—a venture that prospered until its eventual sale.
In December 2021, drawing inspiration from my longstanding association with real estate through family businesses and ventures, I embarked on a journey to earn my Florida real estate sales associate license. After securing the license, I joined forces with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, resonating most with their ethos. My unyielding commitment to excellence led me to earn the National Association of Realtors Certification At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) followed by the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification. This empowered me with the expertise to adeptly handle second homes—whether for investment, leisure, or as a viable business venture.
Further fortifying my credentials, I achieved the esteemed Commitment to Excellence endorsement from the National Association of Realtors®. Not resting on these laurels, I then procured the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA®) certifications. With the continual learning from these courses and backed by the esteemed Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and EWM Realty, I am poised to offer unparalleled guidance in real estate.
