We could not have asked for a better realtor.
His knowledge of real estate is priceless. Not only that, we had already moved out of state and he managed so many details for us. He was our onsite person for all repairs and everything in between. He is so quick to respond to every question and all around just made us feel very well taken care of. We feel so lucky to have found Juan. Also, a big shoutout to Mary Mullen who beautifully staged our home. I mean, it looked gooooood.

I needed to sell my home and after seeing the Facebook page for Navigation Realty I contacted Juan. My home was in San Bernardino county and though Navigation specializes in San Diego area he took the time to find a realtor from my area that could help me out. Not only did he find a realtor for me but he also arranged to have my home stagged within a day of me contacting him. My house looked amazing after it had a makeover and that first weekend I received an offer. The process with the buyers ended up being tedious because of their credit situation and though Juan was not my realtor he stayed in contact with me and my realtor to make sure things were on track. If I had a question he had no problem answering it for me. This guy knows his stuff. When I'm ready to buy another home I'll definitely seek his help.

This dynamic duo are amazing! Juan will get the highest price for your home and Mary will make your house look better with the staging than anything you could ever have done! They are very family forward and accommodating, we have 4 kids and 2 dogs, they worked on our crazy schedule and got us the perfect offer on day 1! Juan is a great realtor who will advocate on your behalf and lead you through the maze of the buying and selling process. He brings a quiet determination and a no BS approach to negotiations.
