Juany is absolutely amazing! I had inherited a house so selling was very emotional for me in addition to all the nerves of being a first time seller, and then add in the fact I was also living 1000 miles away! Juany was so understanding and made everything extremely easy for me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and even liaised with contractors, junk removers, and stagers to get the house ready to sell. And she sold it quickly and above asking! She is a joy to work with and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We absolutely loved working with Juany & Kait. After spending over a decade as a real estate agent in another state, I was very picky about who we chose to work with. To say they fit the bill would be an understatement!

They are responsive, honest, great at negotiating and incredibly patient. We were those annoying clients who couldn't quite figure out what our plan in life was on selling the house. They both handled our back and forth in absolute stride remaining cool as a cucumber while providing great advice. They marketed our home beautifully, negotiated with the best of 'em and got us 3 offers first weekend on the market. Our first set of buyers ended up backing out, Juany and Kait already had the backup offer ready to go before they even told us the first folks were pulling out. Overall it was an GREAT experience. They are extremely knowledgable and I can't recommend them enough.

If you are on the fence, don't be. Go with Juany & Kait.

My husband and I connected with Juany through one of our nearest and dearest friends who spoke so highly of her, we knew we were going to be in good hands. But we never could have anticipated the way she exceeded our expectations. We were first time home buyers, looking to make the move to Oak Park/River Forest from Los Angeles. We had no idea what we were doing and she held our hands and guided us through the entire process, answering our many, many questions with loving grace and kindness. Juany is HANDS down one of, if not the best realtor in Chicago. We've had other experiences in and out of the city and it just does not compare. Juany is a relationship builder at her core. She cares deeply about her clients and invests the time to show you that. She gets to know you on a level that elevates how she shows up to find or sell your home. We have both gotten over asking on selling and closed substantially below asking on a recent purchase. The ROI on working with her is exceptional. To make it even better, she is incredibly well networked and can connect you to designers, contractors, electricians, you name it and she has a portfolio of people to introduce you to throughout your journey as a homeowner. I truly don't know how she fits it all in during the day, but she packs a punch. You absolutely cannot go wrong.

Juany Honeycutt and Kait Sager have been absolutely fantastic real estate agents! We worked with them to buy a condo in a high-rise in Buena Park. They were incredibly knowledgeable of the Chicago real estate market, friendly to work with, and communicative throughout the process. We liked them so much, we used them again right away to buy another condo in Chicago, this time in the Wrigleyville neighborhood. We should note that we do not live near Chicago at all—nevertheless, Juany and Kait made the process of purchasing a place remotely very simple and easy! In fact, we also used Juany and Kait to help us find a tenant for both of our Chicago properties. Both condos we purchased are wonderful and were acquired at a great value. They have helped us find plumbers and other maintenance persons in the area, too, when these were needed. Overall, we highly recommend Juany and Kait—they are both on top of their game!

Juany was an outstanding agent for us, both on the buy-side and the sell-side. This was our first home purchase and she really helped us navigate the ever-changing and challenging Chicago market. Juany puts herself in her clients‘ shoes and sees things from your perspective that you wouldn’t think of or otherwise overlook (don’t be surprised if she drives past the home you’re interested in after a huge rainstorm to check for potential flooding!)
