Hard to put into words how awesome Juanita is very friendly, professional and goes over and beyond to answer your questions. Wow, I’ll try to keep my review short, but that’s really hard to do when speaking of Mrs. Juanita Charles. She was really patient with my wife and I and although we started our process a year before, I wasn’t truly ready to go through with it. Mrs. Charles kept in touch with us until we were truly ready to sell our home. Her team will work for you and do all the necessary things that will get your house sold in a timely manner. She did the necessary homework to make sure that your house was priced right and made sure that we were happy with it before she went through with putting anything forward. She and her team are hard working and is always looking out for the client. Thanks Juanita for all that you did for my family and helping us get our home sold fast. Your the best! The Baker Family

She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends ). We have tried to sell our house two times before this time to no avail in the past. So when we decided to move on extremely short notice we were pessimistic about the prospects of selling our house. Juanita walked us through all that we needed to do to get the house ready for sell and found a buyer before the house went on the market. She was always by her phone if we had questions and she was very helpful throughout the process making sure that we understood the contracts and all the paperwork that comes with selling a house. I highly recommend Jaunita Charles if you are trying to sell your house.

Around june of 2015 i decided to move to tennessee away from georgia since i have been living their practically my whole life. I was told that tennessee was an awesome place to start a new career so i decided to check it out and stumbled upon Mrs. Juanita Charles. Upon request for information about clarskville, tn area, she immediately responded and we scheduled for showings after she retrieve all of the important information. She was very professional with an attitude that would light up a room, when showing the few places in the area. When talking to other realtors i was always turned down because of my bad credit but Mrs. Charles fought extremely hard for me better than anyone else until i was actually able to find a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath town home in an amazing neighborhood. I couldn't have been more blessed to have found Mrs. Charles and if your looking to find a home and come across Mrs.Charles please look no further, i can assure you she is the best of the best.

Going into buying our first home, my husband and I had no idea what to expect. We were nervous about going into this process blind and getting screwed over by someone because we are so young and unfamiliar with everything. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor! Juanita exceeded all of our expectations and helped to get us into our first home in under 30 days! Any questions we had (I know we had a lot! Lol), she answered them all with no problem.
