Super hard working and smart professional - with a great sense of fun/humor! Buying a home in this super charged environment it tough, but Juanita was laser focused on our needs and cheered us on when things didn’t go our way at first because she was determined we’d find an even better house….and we did! I’m not planning on moving again anytime soon….but, when I do, Juanita is on speed dial! She’s not just a realtor….she’s family now.

Juanita Matthews is a PHENOMENAL real estate agent and top tier person all around. Juanita assisted me in procuring and purchasing my first home in DC and I wouldn't be where I am without her. I purchased my home at the end of 2020 where inventory in DC was very scarce and competition was extremely high. I found my house before it hit the market and Juanita went above and beyond to locate the owner and convinced him to sell to me instead of putting the house on the market. Juanita did what my previous agent refused to do and went above and beyond to ensure I got my dream home. Juanita was extremely attentive, responsive, and informative throughout the process. Any questions that she didn't know she was very prompt in finding the answers and making sure I understood the information given. Where most agents are looking out for themselves and the money, Juanita truly puts her clients first. In the competitive landscape of buying and selling a home you need an agent that is going to roll up their sleeves and go above and beyond for their clients. Juanita is absolutely that type of top tier agent and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell their home. I wouldn't have found my dream home without her and am happy that she was my agent.

Let me just start by saying - Juanita is NOT your typical realtor. I am beyond grateful that she was by our side for both the sale of our first home, and the purchase of our second home. I began the process with many fears about the current market and not being able to find a quality home that met my needs after selling our first home. Not to mention, my checklist was extensive. Juanita listened carefully to my concerns, asked all the right questions about what I was looking for, and assured me she would handle everything. After forcing myself to just relax and trust her, our transition was absolutely seamless. In addition to selling our home for more than I'd hoped for, she found us a new home that hadn't even been listed yet! Juanita is both professional and knowledgable, and the positive energy she radiates is contagious. In the process of finding our forever realtor, we also made lifelong friend.
