Juanita was responsive and helpful from the moment we first reached out to her. She helped us as we navigated the home buying process from Pennsylvania and was quick to get out to see houses for virtual tours on our behalf. She also was understanding and flexible to our needs as parents of a toddler and infant. We had the sense that Juanita truly cared about us as a family. One example was how she—unprompted—expressed concerns about how walkable one neighborhood was and that it wouldn't be good for our kids as they got older and were learning to ride a bike. Such attention to detail can't be taken for granted given that other realtors are often simply interested in closing deals. Juanita didn't pressure or rush us and we ended up landing a great house that fits our needs well. Juanita's genuine care for her clients has also manifested post-closing, as she has continued to be responsive and serve as a resource during our transition to the area. Thank you Juanita!

Juanita is the total professional real estate agent. We dealt with her as buyers. She's thorough in her market research and getting to know the customer's needs. Moreover, she's one step ahead on thinking about potential transactions and negotiating points. I’m sitting in my new dream home right now. I really want to try and convey how appreciative I am but it’s hard. Juanita made this cross country move perfect. Literally, perfect. From the first phone call down to the last… her communication made this experience flawless. When we met and looked for houses we only had a small window of time. She respected that and zipped down these freeways and showed us houses that fit our description exactly. We flew back to LA feeling relaxed and confident.

As far as her personality, man, she was so direct , personable and professional. It soon felt like we were with a friend.

Juanita was very helpful on our first home purchase. She was very professional in what she was doing. She gave us advice on some homes that weren’t worth getting and which ones would be better for us. She knew what she was doing and everything thing she did was to help us or protect us from not loosing our money. It was great working with her cause she helped us find a loaner, Bogdan, that was able to help us get our loan in such a short time. Any questions we had she will give us the answer, and if she didn’t know she would find it and reach out to us as soon as she knew. I thought this process was going to be more stressful but Juanita made it go as smooth as possible. Working with Juanita was the best decision we made during our very first home buying process.
It took us close to 4 months of active house hunting in this sellers market to finally close on a house where we made close to 15 offers, 50+ house tours.
Never forced us to make a hurried decision, from start to finish she was always available and ready with sound, clear advice, recommendations and suggestions. It made a stressful period easier to navigate.
Since we were out of state, she would often facetime and show houses to us. And whenever we were in town she would dedicate a full day to us and even pickup/drop/drive us around.

The house we finally closed on - she made 10+ visits to show us model houses, lots, how our new construction was coming up, inspection, walkthroughs, and closing.

We could always trust that Juanita had our best interest with each encounter.
