Judith Germain

Judy is honored to be elected as the 2022 Realtor of the Year for the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors by her licensed colleagues and peers. She served as the President of this Board throughout 2020 and held various positions on the Board, including Director, Secretary and President-Elect. Judy is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Maryland and Delaware Association of Realtors. A Business Management graduate of DePaul University in Chicago, Judy spent over twenty years as a Senior Manager at a major financial services firm, where she earned and held several NASD licenses. During her real estate career of over fifteen years, Judy earned her CRS, CREN, and ABR designations. "I believe learning and negotiating skills play an integral part of our lifelong journeys, and I am committed to continuing to hone those skills and provide stellar service to my clients and customers." Judy's work history gives her a sound foundation to analyze the ever-changing local market and financial conditions impacting buyers and homeowners. The number of repeat clients and personal referrals serves as testaments to Judy's performance as both a Buyer and Seller's Agent. Judy was born and raised in upstate New York and moved to Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. She then moved to Maryland fifteen years ago and said she's found her true home on the Eastern Shore. Judy purchased a home in Easton because she fell in love with all of the natural beauty and waterways that the Eastern Shore is famous for. "There's also great medical care, art, rich history, local theater, shopping, and eateries, not to mention moderate weather conditions and the beautiful change of the seasons." Judy joined Benson & Mangold "because of their enthusiasm toward the business and their unique professionalism and approach of providing the highest level of service and care to their clients." Judy is a full-time, experienced real estate agent representing owners in listing their properties for sale and buyers find their dream home. She specializes in helping first-time home buyers, senior citizens, and relocations in Talbot, Caroline, Dorchester, Queen Anne's, and Kent counties. She also practices in the State of Delaware.
