I am a Realtor but since 2016 most of my activity has been to help other agents get their contracts to closing. Working through getting the homes on the MLS system, helping to price them, stag them and get them ready to sell. Working through negations, making sure all the I's were dotted and T's crossed in the paperwork. In my time as a Realtor I have been involved in over 260 sales.
