Judy C. Goodman

I have been actively selling real estate in the Metro Atlanta since 1987! I love my job and helping people with the process of home buying and selling. We serve our clients anywhere in the metro area but our focus hot spots include Gwinnett, Fulton, Forsyth, and Hall Counties.

My daughter, Kim Klir, has been around real estate most of her life and has recently re-joined the family business! I am so happy to have her working with me and specializing as a buyer’s agent. I think we make quite a team as The Judy Goodman Group!

When you work with me you are not just a client but rather a friend for life! I love all there is about real estate but a favorite experience is sitting at the closing table with a past client and beaming as we work our way through the transaction for their child! I have had many clients that began their journey with me as first time home buyers and fast forward 30 years later and I am helping their their children buy their first home. That is my greatest joy and I am so grateful for my clients/friends.
