Judy Collins

Born and raised in Wise County, Judy Collins has been a native of Southwest Virginia all her life. She knows the area from its spectacular views to its vibrant culture. She knows the deep roots of its history and understands the people who are proud to call Southwest Virginia home. Southwest Virginia has been described as “authentic, distinctive, and lively.” These same words sum up the personality of Judy Collins.

Judy is a woman of many talents. It is her nature to “give back,” and for years she has been able to do so by serving her community as a substitute teacher in the Wise County Public School System. Additionally, she has earned a living by successfully working with the public through other venues. For more than 16 years, she has owned and operated a highly successful direct sales business, a perfectly natural segue into the world of real estate. Most recently, Judy’s entrepreneurial abilities have been realized in the startup of her own event-planning business, called “Mint Events.” Her more than 30 years of experience in the world of sales and customer service has developed a deep sense of reliability, perseverance, patience and, most of all, an intuitive mind as to clients’ needs and desires.

Married to her high-school sweetheart for 36 years, Judy and her husband Winfred have three daughters and four grandchildren. They are both dedicated to church and community. Their favorite pastimes are spending time with family and friends and meeting new people
