Judy fell in love with the Puget Sound area the first time she saw it. The experience was breathtaking.

The mountains, the water, the skyline, it was so beautiful. She knew that if she could she wanted to live here.

When Jim and I got married they had the opportunity to choose where they would live, and they chose the Seattle area. They continue to love the area.

When it came time to buy their first home, Judy remembers what a stressful experience it was. She didn’t know anything except she wanted to live in that house. Inspections, negotiations, contracts were all a foreign language to them.

Judy has been in the real estate industry now for over 25 years. She has helped MANY people through the same experience. Her goal has always been to make their experience as stress free as possible, and the outcome exceed their expectations. Judy knows what makes a real estate transaction and home purchase or sale successful, and what doesn’t, she knows what makes the experience for a buyer or seller a good one, or a bad one. Judy knows what to look for in a home or a neighborhood, and what to avoid. What makes a strong offer that could get you a home in a multiple offer situation and what won’t. She knows what will make a home more marketable and help to fetch the best possible price in a market and what is just wasting money. It’s about experience. Judy has it.
