Before moving to the Myrtle Beach area in July 2017, I was a Real Estate Marketing Consultant and Realtor in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. I moved to Wears Valley/Pigeon Forge, TN in 2009 and enjoyed several years selling Smoky Mountain cabins and homes. Living just outside the entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park, I enjoyed many trips to the Park, and trout fishing with my husband in the many streams there, as well as, travel to the NC side of the Smokies crossing peaks over 6,000 feet. I will always remember my experiences there with the wonderful people I met and the encounters with amazing wildlife and nature.
I was originally licensed in Florida in 1998 and specialized in Country Club and Waterfront properties throughout Northern Palm Beach County. Enjoying memberships to PGA National Golf Club and Mirasol Country Club was a highlight and enabled me to promote these communities to new residents relocating to the Palm Beach Gardens area. Palm Beach County was my home for 34 years, and the experiences are too numerous to recount here. But in summary, many (non-working) days were spent exploring both coasts, swimming, boating and sailing in the crystal blue ocean along the east coast, enjoying Stone Crabs on the Gulf Coast, offshore and river fishing, golfing and tennis. Socially, dining at the numerous restaurants, Kravis Center of Performing Arts, Museums, and of course, endless shopping.
Having returned to my home state of South Carolina, I look forward to making many more fond memories and to assisting others in their search for their "forever' home or investment property.
