Judy is the most helpful realtor I have come across in these 50 States. She gives excellent advice, and definitely goes the extra mile for her clients. It’s almost like having a family member or very close friend going to bat on your behalf!

Judy was instrumental in our recent purchase. Very responsive, practically omnipresent, and ever smiling. Text, email, or phone call – everything gets prompt attention. She made herself available whenever, and wherever, we wanted to see a property. She never rushed us into making a decision, but would herself vet every property with her own very exacting standards. And nothing seems to phase her, or dim that smile on her face. I suppose it could be a special course she took in nursing school, or simply innate professionalism, but her beatific smile and pleasant nature is a huge help during the stress of a bidding war.

In the real-estate world, Judy is a phenomenal realtor, and a rare find!! When it is time for our next move, I know exactly who to call.

It is not very often that you find someone who is both professional and personal in the service they provide. Judy is both. Every action she took for me was well done, timely and absolutely top notch in terms of professionalism. She was also caring, patient and truly listened to me. I was selling my childhood home after my Dad passed away and it needed some special handling. Judy got me my full asking price within a week of listing. Judy was amazing to work with and we found our dream home!! My wife and I were looking in Northern Massachusetts/Southern New Hampshire and so we needed an agent that could help us in either region. This led us to Judy as she is licensed in both states and I'm really glad it did. Judy helped us in all phases including reviewing listings, attending open houses, scheduling private showings, coordinating the paperwork, finding us a lawyer and finally managing the closing process to ensure it all got done in time (we were even 1 week early!). Judy helped me buy my first home and I am so glad I found her. She was very quick to respond to any questions no matter how big or silly they were. She was also very proactive with finding potential homes and scheduling showings which is a must in this crazy fast market. When I toured the home I ended up buying Judy knew that I would love it and already had the offer letter ready to go. She really is wonderful. The buying process is long and I was a complete newbie so it was great to have Judy guide me. I'm looking forward to the pandemic being over so we can invite her to the housewarming :)
