Judy Limekiller

Judy Limekiller loves living in Sarasota and considers herself an ambassador for the active Suncoast lifestyle. Since moving to Florida in 1996 and obtaining her broker’s license in 2000, she has hit the ground running and never looked back.

Literally and figuratively.

In addition to participating in demanding athletic competitions and numerous charity events, Judy combines her keen industry knowledge and professional expertise with a deep commitment to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. Most proud of her work ethic, Judy has consistently placed in the top 5% of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee and received standing in the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle the last five years in a row. She is currently the top seller at one of the premier condominium developments in Sarasota, has won five prestigious industry awards and twice qualified for recognition by the International Diamond Society. Whether she is guiding a buyer through the purchase of their first home or helping out-of-town clients sell their family condo, Judy brings exceptional customer service to every transaction.

Before becoming a REALTOR, Judy honed her skills in the marketing and promotions department of Forbes Magazine. But she had a sweet tooth as well; Judy went on to culinary school and became a pastry chef, working first for New York City’s Gramercy Tavern and then founding a company that created chocolate confections for the world-renowned Ritz-Carlton Hotels.

When not out exploring new properties in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties, Judy shares her home with her husband, two irrepressible Labs, red leather boxing gloves, and several pairs of well-worn running shoes.
