Real estate in 2018 is much different than in 1980 when I started selling Flagstaff. We have gone from 18% interest to around 4%, from a 2 page contract to a 11 page, from manually sharing listings to computerized searching. All of the improvements have been in order to serve you the clients better. We now have the availability of offering you everything you need on line, information about city, schools and homes. I was on the original committee that computerized our MLS, have served in every capacity on our Association of Realtors and currently serve on the Professional Standards Committee for Arizona. I served 4 and half years on the Flagstaff Regional Plan in helping to grow our city in the best manner possible for all citizens. I am truly passionate about real
