Judy has always been an entrepreneur and business owner. She established her own travel agency in 1984, called Worldwide Traveler Ltd. She persevered and dedicated her talents to build the company up to 32M with thirty-four employees in two locations eventually selling it in 2003 to one of her employees. She has always been a mentor and truly enjoys helping build others up. The business is still going strong today, and the employee has turned into a life-long friend and constant referral as more and more of her friends relocate to Venice.
In the middle of owning and running the travel agency in McHenry, IL, Judy and her husband, Rick, along with another couple delved into another business opportunity and designed and built a 16-unit award winning outdoor mall called “The Fountain Shoppes of McHenry.
After retiring and relocating to Venice, Florida in 2003 with her husband, Judy decided she wanted to return to the hustle and bustle of being an entrepreneur and business owner. She obtained her real estate license along with her earning her Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and has not looked back. She loves real estate, the business intricacies, and details of the transactions, using the feng-shui practice and helping her clients find their dream home whether new construction or existing builds.
In all of her business and personal dealings, feng-shui has always been incorporated into all aspects of Judy’s life ensuring abundance and wealth. This includes the implementation of feng-shui into the staging of her real estate listings. Feng-shui, also known as Chinese geomancy, is one of the Five Arts of Chinese Metaphysics, classified as physiognomy (observation of appearances through formulas and calculations). The feng-shui practice discusses architecture in terms of "invisible forces" that bind the universe, earth, and humanity together, known as gi.
In her spare time, she loves to cook and entertain for her family, friends and her clients that become friends. She enjoys traveling and also golfing with one of her business partners, Colleen Stone. The Mazrins have two sons and six grown grandchildren.
