Natalie James I highly recommend Judy Petrak! My story: I was looking to list my house in April and had been speaking to Judy about steps that I need to take months in advance. The end of February rolled around and I get a call. (Not verbetim) Judy: I know you didn't want to put your house up for sale until April, but the market is a seller’s market and will soon turn to a buyer’s market. If we get you in now, you’ll get the best price for your current house and catch the prices before they rise on your new home.” One thing I did was listen to Judy from A-Z, so I was in! She came in with her expert eye and gave me a list of things to do to my house. I spent $3600 on house repairs and was able to list my house $15,000 over the price expected because of this. What’s more? I got THREE offers on the FIRST day and accepted an offer OVER asking price that same day. Another $6,000! This lady knows her stuff, and I highly recommend you to, a) make her your realtor, and b) listen to her advice. She literally has your best interests at stake.

She sold our home for full asking price, even better only 11 days on the market!!! We picked Judy because we noticed that her homes were selling for more, then all of the other homes. Any time we had a question, she already had the answer and was one step ahead of us. She thinks out and plans every step of the home sale process. From getting amazing pictures for the listing, to providing the appraisal agent a comprehensive packet. Lisa Green My husband and I found Judy to be an EXCELLENT realtor! She was/is responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Any/all questions were resolved/responded to very quickly and accurately. Judy took the time to inquire into our wants and needs, only showing us homes which would meet our needs. She also pointed out advantages and disadvantages in an homes in our price range. She did not try to pressure us into much higher priced homes, which has frequently happened to us in the past. We will need to sell this home and buy another, out of state and we wish we could take Judy with us as our personal realtor!!

One of the best ideas she had was hiring a professional photographer and I believe it was one of the fine touches that drew potential buyers to see the home.
