Judy listed our house in May 2012. Day 1 saw two couples come through the house Day 2 - house sold!!! (to couple #2). We still had people looking at the house on Day 2. The house was sold by an agent other than Judy, but Judy was there all the way and was very helpful through the process. We have lived in our home for 28 years. Over those years we have seen Judy Reed's name appear on more homes that sold in our neighborhood than just about anyone else's. She used to live in our neighborhood, so knows it well. She was helpful in suggesting ides to help sell the house.

Judy listed my Norfolk house in May 2014. Throughout the entire process, she always kept me up to date and answered any question that I had, even tho we had since moved out of state. She ensured my vacant house remained clean and marketable, grass cut, etc.... Her team made sure I had copies of everything and made what could have been a very difficult process very easy. In this very difficult economy and sales environment, Judy and her team were there for us and helped us through the difficult selling process. Her many years of experience were invaluable in getting us the best price we could in such a poor market. She was always up front and honest with us; there was no pushiness. She did a great job of representing us, the seller, to ensure we got the best price for our home. When we first moved to Virginia Beach seven years ago, Judy was the agent we selected. When we realized how difficult it would be to sell our house in the current market, we knew we needed someone with the knowledge and experience to market the house in such a way that it would sell. And Judy and her team came through. And not only was Judy exceptional, Katie was there to ensure our house was staged to perfection. And Crystal was an expert at hand holding in the final days prior to closing when our stress meters were rising. There is only one way to say it, Judy and her team were awesome! In closing, the maturity and experience that Judy and her team demonstrated was the key to a successful sale. Would we use them again, the answer is absolutely; would we recommend them to others, most definitely.

Judy's Team responded quickly on New Years Day and even showed me two homes the same day. I made an offer and she was quick to negotiate the offer with the seller. Once the offer was accepted, she has been quick to respond to questions that I had. She has always made herself available to me during the whole house buying process.
