Judy and Michaela not only guided us through new-to-us neighborhoods as we househunted, they made it fun! And with their expert help, we found the right neighborhood for us and a house that we fell in love with. They both know their stuff and the process couldn't have been smoother. As newcomers to Pittsburgh, we felt truly fortunate to be working with Judy and Michaela/Team Smith at Berkshire Hathaway. Their professionalism, friendliness, and market knowledge are top notch. First--and perhaps most importantly--they took time to get to know us and understand the kind of home we were hoping for. (They are very good listeners.) As they showed us various potential new homes they pointed out the nuances, pros, and cons of different communities, which was vital to us because we moved here from a different state and had only limited knowledge of Pittsburgh. Once we found the home we wanted, Judy and Michaela supported us throughout the purchasing process, quickly addressing any questions or concerns that we had. Michaela and Judy were by far the best part of the home buying process for us! They did a wonderful job making sure that we found the right home, and they were there to help us every step of the way once we did. As first time home buyers, we needed quite a bit of guidance. I couldn’t be any happier with the way in which they made sure that we were well informed and ahead of the game throughout the entire process. Big thanks to Michaela and Judy!!!
