So glad I met Judy Szablak! She is an exceptional agent in every way, and I could not have made this move without her.

Not only did the sale of my home set a record for the highest sale in my condo complex, it sold for $55,000 more than I bought it LESS THAN A YEAR later.  That’s almost 17% higher, and it wasn’t just because of the market.
It was because of Judy’s expert marketing, thinking outside of the box, and her attention to detail.

We met in an unconventional way- she showed my home to her clients which was on the market with another firm, and  I was home and observed what a good agent she was.  Her clients bought elsewhere, and I ended up selling my home to another buyer and moved to a new home with the help of my then-agent.

I have known Judy for 40 years, and have used her and her team for all of my Real Estate purchases and sales. A Total of 4 times. Once Judy got involved, I was basically hands free. She took care of everything. If I had any questions, she responded immediately. Everything went smoothly EVERY time. She found me a house in the area I chose, at the price point I wanted during Covid-19. An almost impossible task. But she did it. I told her I needed a Washer and Dryer, and she had a client that needed to remove their Washer and Dryer from their house. So she put us in contact with each other, and even went with me when I went to pick them up. Her other client was happy, because she got them taken away for free, and I got them for my new house. She accompanied me to my Attorneys office when he had questions at her busiest time with no hesitation. In fact my attorney was so impressed, that he referred her to some of his clients. I would not ever consider using another Realtor under any circumstances. Judy is the best Realtor I have ever dealt with, and i have bought and sold 15 houses.
