Judy Wang

Judy's long established career in real estate began in Aug 1988. She previously worked as a part-time bookeeper at a real estate firm while attending San Franciso State University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Finance.

That part time job opened her up to a new career and she has stayed with it since.

Her many years of experience and professionalism have earned trust and respect from clients, who refer her to their friends and families. She has consistently been top producing agent for Alameda county for overy 30 years and have listed and sold over 450 properties with a volume of over $500 million. She bases 90 percent of her business from past clients' referrals and she tries to give her 100 percent to her clients. She is now working with "the second generation"-past clients' kids who are now old enough to buy their first homes. She is also an expert in handling distressed properties and has successfully helped many clients in closing short sale transactions in the past few years. She is also a CERTIFIED distressed property expert.

Judy's professionalism has earned her several accolades, including Remax Platinum Awards and the Bay East Association of Realtors Grand Masters Achievement Awards. In 2006 she was also inducted to Remax Hall of Fame. In 2020, she got her property management certification. She speaks and understands few Chinese dialects. Her professional affiliations include NAR, CAR, REIL, BAYEAST, BAREIS,MLS listing, and GRI.
