About Juergen
I pride myself on being a highly skilled negotiator who has been licensed as a CA Real Estate Broker since 1979 and earned a degree in Management from San Jose State University. My goal is to provide you as my clients with error free management for your real estate transactions and to take inconveniences out of your hand. For that purpose, I offer a large number of AD-On services such as house cleaning, moving, packing, address changes, handymen, lock changes, etc.. Give me a chance to vow you and you will not be disappointed. If you are simulteneously Selling and Buying at the same time, I will consider a Two-For-One, by rebating the commissions of one transaction to you.

I have known Juergen for several years as I used to work with his wife, Joanne. Juergen has years of experience with real estate and I knew that I would be in capable experienced hands with him as my realtor. I was a first time home buyer and got in the market after the housing bubble collapsed. I believe that purchasing a home is stressful at any time, but navigating the waters of the housing market after the bubble created new challenges.
