I have worked with Jui two times so far and I will recommend her wholeheartedly for anyone looking for housing in Chester county. She is a thorough professional and very knowledgeable about the area. But above all, she always priortized my interests and goals. I bought the house during the peak of the boom, but paid below the appraisal and got an excellent house that met all my criteria. She provided me all the relevant data for my house offers -recent bids, appraisal values, etc. It ensured that while my bid was competitive, it was not beyond the reasonable value. Also, she suggested waiving conditions like inspection only when she was confident of the property. I was eager to buy a house soon and any other agent would have happily allowed me to bid much higher on the wrong property. But Jui made sure that I was patient and made sensible choices. Additionally, the whole process was so smooth as she took care of all the formalities and all I needed was to sign on the closing date. In addition, she has been a great help beyond housing, helping us along the way with schooling choices, vendor options for housing needs, etc.

If you are looking for an agent who will truly represent your choices and interests, is extremely professional and knowledgeable, Jui is your best choice

Buying a house for first time is not an easy thing. Ultimately what all you need when you are taking a big decision to buy a house ? Trust , reliability, confidence right ? Then Jui is your answer.
I know her from last 5 years and one thing I can tell with confidence is she is genuine to the core.
She helped us in one of the movie filmed in Pennsylvania and around. She was leading location management team and was handling few other things as well. What I observed was she knew every detail of Downingtown and surrounding area. She had good contacts and was able to do any request coming her way.
That was the reason I suggested her name to few of my friends in Pennsylvania when they were purchasing a home. And all of them got the house best fitted in their needs.
When I was buying a house in NJ, I picked my phone and called her the moment I liked a house. We had series of calls and she even visited us to provide many pointers which were important.
That’s what I love about her. It’s not her job, it’s her passion. When she will show you a house she will visit it as if she is going to live there and will tell you each and every details about the house. Its internals, externals, area, schools nearby…literally each and everything.
I can suggest her name with full faith and confidence and I am sure you are going to do the same once you meet her !

When I decided to buy my first house in US I started looking for realtor. I found one realtor in Delaware. But then my friend suggested Jui Bhangaokar. I talked to Jui over the phone and I immediately decided to go with her which was the best decision I have made.
Hands down she is the best realtor in the city.
My first visit with Jui Was very impressive because she had through knowledge about market as well as the area. She has also provided me good insight of the best school district which was the important aspect for choosing our house. As I was buying the house in pandemic, I had to go though bidding war. Jui was the only reason I could win the bidding war. Overall Jui and her team( Rose and Matt from Finance team ) are extremely professional, knowledgeable and made the entire process incredibly easy and took extra steps to close the deal faster. I would definitely recommend Jui and her team to all my friends and family.

As a first-time homebuyer (and moving from out-of-state) I went into the process knowing very little. But with Jui's advice, I was able to secure my dream house with my first (and only) offer in this intense housing market. With Jui's help, I was able to tour, inspect, appraise, offer, close and move into my new home in less than 2 months. She even helped me close earlier than anticipated to accommodate my birthday. Our search for a new home started in Oct 2020 and the only thing we were looking for was a good school district for our son and a decent home. When we met Jui, the first thing she asked was our top priorities for the new home and we told it is school and a good neighborhood for kids. She knew everything about school districts, school ratings, kids activities in and around the areas and as a mom I felt so happy that we found the right agent, she even connected me to her friend so that I can talk and get some more info about the school district. Meeting Jui was one of best thing happened to us during our search for a home. We had talked to a couple of agents before finding Jui, but none of them gave us any idea about the process of home buying. Jui was very patient to listen to us on what we look in a home, she explained the process of home buying, how to put an offer, the documents to be completed, the process of applying for a mortgage etc. Jui has her perspective about the houses we toured and she expresses them clearly. She is not a passive real estate agent, she is actively involved in the process. Even though we ended up buying a New Construction home, Jui represented us on the BUY side and helped us to understand entire Agreement and Inspection. But Jui, made it a very smooth experience for us and helped us right from the beginning till the end. She was on top of sending us the new listings and that is how we grabbed almost first or second appointments of the few homes of our interest that came in the market. Honestly being friends with you it was a difficult line to walk between professional and personal life for both of us, but you respected and protected our privacy and yet were very professional in advice and guidance. No point in time did we feel pushed or at no point were we left out all by ourselves to decide. You did an excellent job and we are proud of you. I was at times amazed that even your family didn't know few details which were pretty casual to share considering we are family friends.

Working for money was not even on the horizon! I was thrilled to see your enthusiasm for our small house when you had more heafty deals to work with. We are lucky to have you.

And just to be honest one ladt thing I will say which you could have been better at. You should have gotten your license early dear...... that way we would have been home owners much earlier....😀
