She believes the recipe for a smooth real estate transaction is equal parts communication, trust, teamwork, and tenacity. She values quality over quantity resulting in long-term and powerful client relationships. Her favorite part of the job is negotiating, and my primary goal is happy clients. Born and raised in Oregon, Julee graduated with a BA from the University of Oregon and received an MA in journalism from the University of Portland. After 15 years of honing her business and marketing skills at adidas, Nike and Dr. Martens, she decided to apply those skills to her love of real estate. When she is not practicing real estate, Julee can be found in downward dog, spending time with her family, cooking, eating, and exploring new places.
