As a first time home buyer, Jules did everything I could have possibly asked for and more. She went above and beyond to work with the sellers and because of that, the home closed quickly and smoothly.

She was also instrumental in getting me approved on a loan and slowly/patiently walked me through the entire process when I literally had no idea what I was doing. She was there for me every step of the way, answered each and every question I had, and really made me feel comfortable the whole time.

The deal closed surprisingly fast and I could not be happier with the experience.

Jules is fantastic! I met her through total chance and I'm so happy I did. As a first time home buyer, Jules has helped explain all the hidden details I didn't know to look for. She's great at communicating, has made this process so much easier, and she works hard to make sure that the buyer and the seller feel good about their process. She's also just down to earth, which really helped me feel like I can ask her anything about the process. Already recommended Jules to a friend of mine, and I'm sure I will again next time I know someone looking to buy a house!
