Julia chose real estate because it allows her to impact the lives of those around her in a meaningful way both professionally and personally. Years of experience in customer service roles and engaging in marketing competitions has highlighted her love of working with people and developed a strong drive to provide the best service she can.
As a Realtor with John L Scott, she always strives to learn and grow to best serve her clients, friends, and community. She loves a new challenge and intentionally surrounds herself with experts to ask for advice or inspiration. Though she works with a variety of clients including those buying, selling, and investing, she particularly enjoy working with first time home buyers. It is a big milestone, can be a daunting journey, and she remembers very clearly how it felt undertaking the process personally in 2010. She knows that homeownership has helped leverage her family’s wealth personally and is excited to help other oven that door for themselves too. She strives to provide clear expectations, actionable steps, and consistent communication along each step of the process.
Some accreditations acquired along her real estate journey include:
Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). She currently serves at the Non-Profit Liaison for the Eugene REALTORS Young Professional Network committee.
When not at work, Julia can often be found with a cup of half caff coffee while volunteering, exploring, spending copious amounts of time with her family, picking produce at local farms, visiting the local library, winning card or board games, or petting all the animals.
Julia passionately believes in dedicating time and resources back into the local community and various non-profit endeavors around the world. This is why she identified strongly with John L Scott Eugene’s motto of Living Life As A Contribution and chose to call that her professional home base. If there is a local non-profit organization you believe in, she is always eager to learn more about their mission and how to be involved. A portion of each sale will be dedicated back into the local and global communities.
