Julia was born and raised in Atlanta, which makes her very knowledgeable when it comes to the local market. She has in-depth understanding of neighborhoods, schools, developing trends and the most significant values of properties from an investment standpoint. Julia grew up in the northern suburbs of metro Atlanta and graduated from Greater Atlanta Christian School. She then went on to graduate from Georgia State University, where she was extremely involved with her school and was a member of Phi Mu Fraternity. In her time there, Julia volunteered in the community and worked closely with Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, often hosting charity events and visiting children at the hospital. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Economics and has been living in Buckhead for the past five years.
Julia's fervor for homes was accompanied by her love of architecture and interior design, which she learned from helping her mom with investment properties. Soon after graduation, she decided to follow her passion and embark on a career in real estate. With her background in economics, Julia forecasts trends that could impact the market, and she is extremely knowledgeable about the best prices in any given area. This allows her to effectively assist any client in the buying, selling or investing processes. Considering her public relations education, Julia is an expert in social media as well as the latest technologies, giving her an advantage in advertising and marketing properties.
In her free time, Julia takes every opportunity to travel the world. She's been to five out of the seven continents, exploring places like the Maldives, Singapore, Beijing, Thailand, Alaska, Ireland, London and several countries across Europe. She has also been on mission trips to Cozumel and Ecuador to work with children in local orphanages, which were truly life-changing experiences. When she is not traveling to new destinations, she can be found exploring new hot spots around the city and cheering on her favorite Atlanta sports teams.
