Julia Burciaga

Julia is a southern California native, and has lived in Nashville for 30 years. She has a film/television production background. Julia has been in real estate since Jan 2017, has completed more than 150 sales, and holds a Broker license in TN. Julia has sold over 45M in property during her career thus far. She has a CRS designation and is a proud Ally and member of the Real Estate Alliance. Julia received RE/MAX's top brokerage Award of Excellence for 2022. She is a mentor, a top producer, and in the top ten agents on the Ashton team for sales volume. She is the Ashton team's #1 lead convertor. Julia's sales specialties are Investor Short-Term Rental eligible properties, and Historic Homes. She is currently working to become licensed in CA and FL. She is the Mother of two amazing kids, and resides Downtown with her partner, John.
