We have used Julia in the past to purchase a home. That positive experience let us to ask Julia to handle a rental property we have. Julia found a tenant quickly, handled all the paperwork and dealt with minor issues that arose during the process. Julia has been responsive and knowledgeable during the process. We were satisfied with the painting and other services she recommended.

Never in a million years would we have ever imagined living in a house like this, but Julia made that happen. Our expectations for a house within our budget specially during this market, was much lower than what we got out with. Julia absolutely went above and beyond with helping us through every step of the way and showed a significant amount of genuine care, that eased the process and stress of a first time home buyer. Here we are almost a year after the purchase and my family and I can't wrap our heads around how our offer got accept for a house that was much more that what we were aiming for. I am deeply thankful for all the genuine care that Julia has demonstrated throughout the process and I am certain that this wouldn't have been possible without Julia being our agent. you've made us accomplish a huge milestone that we've been longing for for years and with you, it couldn't have been more easier. Where should I start....Wow! Julia is definitely a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ agent! From the initial meet and greet with my wife and I, we knew we had the best realtor for the job. Her number one priority is making sure your request is heard. She immediately gets to work on finding you your dream home. I’ve been meaning to get around to give my realtor kudos for all her hard work. I got a home in this crazy market and we absolutely love it! Julia called me on day and said do you have time to check out a house at lunch, so we met up put an offer same day and in the evening we heard they took our offer, everything went so fast after that. I honestly cannot recommend Julia enough! She is such an amazing realtor who knows her stuff. My husband and I first met Julia during an open house that she was hosting in Norco. As soon as we met her, we knew we had found the perfect agent that would be able to help us out. She has this positive energy that radiates out and draws you to her. She makes you feel comfortable and calm during the stressful process of home buying. She knew that we would be first time home buyers and so she took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us from start to finish. Her loan officer Cristina is also a charm to work with. Both of them were able to get us into our dream home in less than 3 weeks! Julia also helped us receive a credit from the seller which we all thought would be impossible to get with today’s housing market, but she made it happen. There is not a day that goes by that I don’t feel beyond blessed to be in our dream home. I know that this would not be possible if it wasn’t for Julia and her team. I highly highly recommend her!

Julia was so fast and eager to start the process of putting our home on the market. We met her on a Sunday and the photos and open house were done and up that very weekend! Many offers on our home and Julia handled everything she is by far the best realtor, she has a great team behind her and makes the whole process whether you are buying or selling seem like a dream. As we closed the sale of our house a while ago, I have been busy with moving. But I feel that I cannot hold off my review for my realtor agent any longer. It started it off back in November last year, when we found a house that we loved. It was the one!!! This was it, and the mission began! We needed an agent who could help negotiate and make our offer stand out amongst other competitive offers. How did we do it? We researched top selling agents list and interviewed several agents. Finally, we came across Julia Calderon, who we felt trust and connected. She has a personality that has it all from a negotiator to a sale marketer. We decided to entrust her in buying our forever home and selling our current primary. We started the offer with $110k below the asking price. We were sure that the offer wouldn’t be accepted, but we still hoped for a miracle. In the end, we purchased at $80k less than the asking price. What a bargain, right? We couldn’t do it without Julia, which she grasped the seller’s attention to consider our offer in the first place. Three months later when the time came to sell my old house, we listed the house two days prior to the “shelter-in-place” order announcement. What a bad timing! Then, we had to cancel our first and last open house. However, we still got 5 offers in 6 days and above asking price. To get that result, we took her advice when we rehabilitated the house. She also helped us staging, which I couldn’t make it anywhere like the way she did. Her team works’ ethic and responsibilities were beyond what I expected. We sold it in exactly 3 weeks since we accepted the offer and for $20k above our asking price amidst this crazy time. What more could we ask for? We were lucky to find you. Amazing work, Julia!
