I LOVE helping people...Why did I get into Real Estate? It's simple; Real Estate is about relationships, family, and the American Dream of owning a home! Let me tell you a little about myself! I was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Florida. I am a Wife, Mother, and former Teacher. I have been married for 31 years and have 3 amazing children. My hobbies include gardening, reading, photography, and I love going on cruises!! Family and moral values are central to everything I am! I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with concentration in Domestic Violence. My passion is devoted to helping teenagers develop their self-worth and become leaders in our society. The combination of my education and past employments bring value to my career in Real Estate. I worked as a Trial Clerk with the Orange County Clerk of Courts; County, Criminal, Family, Civil, Foreclosures, Eviction Courtroom, and as a Domestic Violence Advocate. I am very knowledgeable with the legal terms and court process related to real estate. I worked as a Credit Analyst with Merchants Credit Bureau and capable to sit down with you to explain your credit report and with the handling of credit disputes. Lastly, I worked as a Mortgage Broker for several mortgage companies and able to tell you from experience how the loan process works as we work together in getting you into your new home! Whether the property you are buying (or selling) is a modest home or a mansion; whether it ´s your first home or if it ´s the home where you plan to retire; I will use all of the latest technology to build a marketing strategy that fits you to achieve the results you desire.
