For California native, Julia Duncan, real estate expertise is second nature. Armed with years of real estate experience and a passion for remodeling and selling homes, Julia brings a fantastic, positive energy to each transaction she undertakes. Her goal is not just to sell homes — it is to generate new and long-lasting friendships.
Described by her extensive client base as trustworthy, dedicated, and detail-driven with a profound sense of humor and spirit, Julia knows how to be a hardworking real estate agent while keeping the process fun. Thanks to her tremendous integrity and finely tuned negotiating skills, she has no trouble closing deals and often becomes lifelong friends with her clients. Her favorite part of the real estate process is preparing a home to sell; Julia collaborates closely with the clients to stick to their budgets while decorating, updating, and renovating the home to its highest potential. Even simple maintenance can make an enormous difference in refreshing and adding value to your home, and Julia knows this well!
Since 1994, Julia and her husband have been remodeling and selling homes; this was a terrific way for Julia to put her love for design to beneficial use. For years, she referred clients to real estate agent friends before deciding in 2016 to get her license herself! Within the first month of obtaining her license, Julia sold her first home.
Today, Julia is a successful San Diego real estate agent serving communities like Encinitas, Cardiff, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and Carlsbad. She collaborates with both sellers and buyers, helping everyone from first-time homebuyers to market-savvy repeat sellers. A communication pro, Julia can get along well with anyone and stays in touch with clients every step of the way.
Julia grew up in a Navy family as one of five children, based in San Diego. She knows coastal California well, spending her days soaking up the sunshine, enjoying the area’s fabulous Mexican food, and barbecuing with friends. When she is not at the office, Julia loves to travel, golf, and play pickle ball; she is also actively involved in supporting the Be like You organization that helps build kids’ confidence while speaking out about bullying. She often collaborates with her husband, who also has his real estate license; they share two grown children and three beloved pets, a dog and two cats.
