Julia Gampher

Julia Gampher brings a unique perspective to the real estate market in this region. Julia has worked closely with the local schools for the past 29 years. Most recently, she retired after serving as the first ever principal of Blair Oaks Middle School, having been hired to open the building in 2008. Prior to this, she spent 19 years in the Jefferson City Public School System; her final two years were spent as an assistant principal at Jefferson City High School. Previously she had run a suspension program and had served as an English instructor for JCPS.
