Julia has been our agent for over 10 years. She is always professional, responsive and I can always rest assured she is looking out for our best interest. She is always supportive, but will talk through all of your thoughts and ideas as you go through the process. Julia is engaged, always ready, and gives 110%. As many times we changed our mind over the area we wanted to look at or the type of house, she always approached it with the same excitement and vigor you can only get from a great agent. Buying a home is so much more than walking through houses and signing papers, and Julia totally gets that. She spent time investigating questions we didn’t know to ask, supplied us with every detail she could find about our potential home and even whipped out a huge list of trusted, expert professionals to help us when we needed inspections and repairs. There was so much benefit to working with someone who has lived in Nashville forever and who knows the neighborhoods and contractors!
