Great experience! Must use!
We had a two week span between buying and selling our house during the Christmas holiday. Needless to say it could have and should have been a hectic (loose your hair) kind of month. But luckily we had Julia on our side. Her knowledge, experience, and calming approach made our process so smooth. Whenever we thought there was a hiccup with the mortgage company, inspection, the buyers, or sellers- she was our voice. She calmed our fears. She put out fires and was basically our bodyguard . She is seemingly on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Even more, she is so personable. I can honestly say we found a lifetime friend. So with this review.. if you are seriously thinking of buying or selling your property - call Fox & Roach Realty and request Julia Joyce-Hall. Give her 10 minutes of your time. You won't regret it.

My husband and I were looking for properties. No matter when we wanted to go and look, Julia was willing to go whenever we were available. We were never told she can't make that time or day. Julia handled 5 real estate transactions for us and we are extremely satisfied with how smoothly every transaction went. Julia has a great personality and is extremely knowledgeable in real estate. If there is a time she does not know an answer to a question, Julia will find the answer very quickly. We highly recommend Julia for anyone in the market of buying or selling real estate. She worked very hard for us as a client. Believe me at times I'm sure that was extremely hard for Julia because at times I was an extremely difficult client. However Julia never gave up and always had a positive attitude. My husband and I both highly recommend Julia!
