We worked with Julia to find the PERFECT mountain home for our family. During that time, she showed us a number of fantastic properties. She even contacted us PRIOR to a house going onto the market and was able to get us in to see it in advance of it being listed. Because of her relationships and hustle, we were able to submit an offer (which was accepted) and closed within a couple of weeks.
It is truly our DREAM home, and it is entirely a result of Julia’s hard work, relationships, market knowledge, and negotiation skills that we were able to successfully purchase the home of our dreams. She is OUTSTANDING and I highly recommend her!
