Julia is the best realtor we have worked with. If we had a question she would know the answer or have some idea and then she would volunteer to dig further into the subject matter. She would always come back to us with the most helpful information. She made this process as stress-free as possible with thorough knowledge, not only of general real estate, but of the local market. Julia was punctual and very responsive. I felt like she was always working. There wasn't ever a time she didn't quickly answer a question or fit a showing in for us.

Julia was a key part in helping us find our new home in Detroit. A year ago, I needed to move to the city for a new job, and the thought of finding trying to find a place to live was overwhelming. We inquired online, and Julia immediately got back to us to set up a viewing date. A week later, we were signing paperwork and a month after that, we were in our new Corktown home!

Julia is quick to respond, incredibly helpful and kind, and even showed us around some other neighborhoods just to give us some options. We have been in our current place a year now, and it is all thanks to Julia!

This was our second time buying a house, so we knew a little bit about what we wanted in an agent -- someone trustworthy, positive, very attentive to detail, informed about the local market, and responsive. Julia provided all of that and more! She was always available to take us on showings, and even did some video tours for us when we were out of town. She's fun to go on showings with, and she never pressured us to put in an offer on anything. The first house we went under contract for ended up being a big mess due to the sellers' behavior and an undisclosed lien. It was a stressful situation but Julia walked us through every step, offering a cool head and providing us with options at each new development. We ended up getting out of the contract and it was for the best because we got the PERFECT house for us soon afterward. I would absolutely recommend Julia!

Her quick thinking about an escalation clause helped ensure we got our offer accepted, which was very impressive and demonstrates her knowledge of the real estate world.
