Julia Zargham

Julia came to Keller Williams Tri-Valley Realty after a successful career in Marketing at several Fortune 500 companies. She received her M.B.A. in 2011, giving her a head start on becoming a successful entrepreneur. A long-time resident of Livermore, Julia has a first-hand knowledge of the neighborhoods, scrumptious local food spots, and of course the world-renowned wineries. She even earned her KW Luxury Status in 2021, which is granted to only a select group of elite real estate consultants who have an elevated service in the luxury home division.

Bringing extensive business knowledge to the ever-changing and fast paced real estate market, she guides buyers and sellers in making their best financial decisions. Both dedicated and meticulous, she loves everything about the real estate business, especially meeting new people and helping them find their dream home.

Being an immigrant from Romania, Julia speaks fluent Romanian and understands firsthand how much owning your own home is part of the American Dream. When she is not helping people realize their real estate dreams, Julia is supermom to two rambunctious little girls and a lover of the outdoors. Family is very important to Julia as well as being active in her community by volunteering at local nonprofits and community events.
