Julian Armas

Julian Armas is the Broker and founder of Armas Group NYC Inc. From a very young age, he became interested in business and helping the community since he grew up in a Real Estate family. He started his Real Estate career in 2001 working for Century 21 Best, Inc in Elmhurst, Queens NY. Thanks to his “can-do” attitude, he quickly became a Top Sales Producing Agent for 8 years straight, deserving of several awards and constantly being among the Top 5 out 100 Sales Associates in the office.

Seeking to broaden his experience and knowledge, he joined Laffey Real Estate in 2008 as a Branch Manager in the Jackson Heights, Queens office and put together a team of 45 Licenced Sales Associates. With his knowledge and experience, he has helped hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors for more than 18 years, to fulfill their dreams of finding their ideal home or growing their financial life in the Tri-State area of ??NY.

Throughout his career, he has received several awards and recognitions, including C21 Centurion Producer Award, C21 Masters Emerald Producer, C21 Masters Ruby Producer, C21 Million Dollar Club Member, and two-time winner of Floyd Wickman Real Estate Team Leader. He also graduated from the MAESTRO Leadership Certification program provided by "Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®" in Chicago, IL.

After resigning as a Manager at Laffey Real Estate in 2017, in order to focus on his family and his newborn son, Julian set out on his way in business by starting his own Real Estate Brokerage company Armas Group NYC Inc., based in Long Island City, NY in 2020. The team’s goal is to bring their best knowledge and experience to the 5-boroughs of NY and Long Island and help hundreds of families fulfill their dream of finding their ideal home.

Julian enjoys his free time reading, writing, playing pool, and spending quality time with his family.
